These Terms & Conditions govern your use of cheeseorbit.com and apply to all purchases, bookings and interactions with Cheese Orbit. By accessing this website or purchasing any of our products or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

Throughout these Terms & Conditions, "Cheese Orbit", "we", "our" and "us" refer to the business operating under this trading name.
Products and Services
Cheese Orbit provides educational products and services relating to cheese, including but not limited to:
• Digital guides and ebooks
• Downloadable educational resources
• Online and in-person courses
• Cheese tastings and educational events
• Hospitality training
• Consultancy services
• Educational articles and other content published on this website
All products and services are offered subject to availability.
We reserve the right to update, amend, postpone, withdraw or discontinue any product, course, event or service where necessary.
Orders and Payment
All prices displayed on the website are shown in the applicable currency. Payments are securely processed through Stripe. Cheese Orbit does not collect or store your payment card details.
Your order is confirmed once payment has been successfully completed and you receive a confirmation email.
Prices may be changed at any time without prior notice. Any price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
Digital Products
Digital products are supplied electronically, either by immediate download or by email, depending on the product purchased.
Digital products are licensed for the personal use of the purchaser only.
They may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, shared, published, resold, translated, incorporated into other publications or courses, or otherwise made available to any third party without the prior written permission of Cheese Orbit.
Cheese Orbit reserves the right to update, revise or improve its digital products at any time.
Purchasing a digital product does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property rights.
Courses and Events
Your place on a course or event is confirmed once payment has been received.
Participants must be at least 16 years of age to purchase or attend a Cheese Orbit course or event.
Participants are responsible for ensuring that the information provided during registration is accurate and up to date.
If you are unable to attend a scheduled course session, the amount paid will not be refunded.
If you notify Cheese Orbit before the course begins, your booking may be transferred once to the next available session of the same course, subject to availability.
In exceptional circumstances, where it is not reasonably possible to notify us in advance, we may accept requests made on the day of the course at our discretion.
Only one transfer is permitted for each booking.
If you do not attend your rescheduled course session, or if you fail to notify Cheese Orbit of your absence, your booking will be considered forfeited and no further transfers or refunds will be available.
Course bookings are personal and may not be transferred to another participant unless the booking was originally purchased as a gift or Cheese Orbit has expressly agreed to the transfer.
Cheese Orbit reserves the right to postpone or reschedule a course or event where necessary. Where possible, participants will be offered an alternative date or another appropriate solution in accordance with our Refund Policy.
Cheese Orbit reserves the right to refuse or terminate participation where a participant's behaviour is disruptive, abusive or prevents others from fully participating in the course or event. In such circumstances, no refund will be provided.
Communication
By purchasing a product, registering for a course or contacting Cheese Orbit, you agree that we may contact you regarding your order, booking, course administration or other information directly related to the products or services you have requested.
These communications are separate from our newsletter, which is only sent to subscribers who have chosen to receive them.
Free Educational Resources
From time to time, Cheese Orbit makes educational resources available free of charge, including tasting sheets, guides, articles and other downloadable materials.
Unless otherwise stated, all free resources remain the intellectual property of Cheese Orbit or Academy of Cheese and are provided for personal, non-commercial use only.
Intellectual Property
All content published on this website, including but not limited to articles, ebooks, downloadable resources, tasting sheets, educational materials, graphics, photographs, illustrations, logos, website design and written content, is protected by copyright and other applicable intellectual property laws.
Unless otherwise stated, all intellectual property rights belong to Cheese Orbit.
You may use our content for your own personal learning and reference.
