 Developed and taught in Romanian, without official certification, with practical applications.

Academy of Cheese Level 1 - English

Zoom live sessions

Two live Zoom sessions covering all Level 1 modules, including a guided tasting of 12 iconic cheeses.

You'll receive your study resources and joining instructions after booking.

Cheeses for the tasting session are purchased separately.

Level 2

Academy of Cheese Level 2 - English

Three live Zoom session:

- Friday 23rd October 6pm - 8pm

- Saturday 24th October 10am - 1pm

- Sunday 25th October 10am - 1pm

The sessions will  explore all Level 2 modules with one of them dedicated to guided tasting and sensory analysis of different cheeses from the 75 included at this level

After booking, you'll receive your study resources, joining instructions and everything you need before the course begins, including access to Academy of Cheese Level 2 Learning road.

Cheeses for the tasting session are purchased separately.
